Zane and Wendy will be discussing the nuances of COLA and SAWW and their direct and indirect impact on benefits. We will take a detailed dive into their effects and provide calculations related to death benefits, Life Pension, and TD under LC 4661.5 (the two-year rule). We will also provide examples of retroactive and escalating calculations under Brower.​ Please join us for an hour full of useful tips, tools, and applications!
