2026 Legislative and Case Law Update

John Kamin will cover the 2026 legislative session with bills signed into law, and also summarize notable bills that could come up in 2027. He will also discuss case law developments and provide a brief case law update toward the end of the presentation.
MCLE Credits:
1 hour of minimum continuing legal education (MCLE) will be provided to California workers’ compensation attorneys (must provide your state bar number upon registering).
CE Credits:
1 hour of continuing education credit will be provided for workers’ compensation adjusters in California.
