professional bio
Nicolas Scibetta has dedicated his entire legal career to the development of strong, strategic relationships with clients, opposing counsel, judges and others in the workers' compensation industry. He believes that frequent communication with clients and opposing parties is imperative to successfully handling a claim and resolving problems such as late payments while sheltering his clients from penalties and interest.
Mr. Scibetta's primary focus involves resolving all issues before they turn into bigger problems. As he states, "files are not bottles of fine wine. They don't get better with age!". Nick believes that frequent communication with all parties motivates them to be responsive in return, which moves claims along more efficiently and effectively.
For his undergraduate studies, Nicolas attended San Francisco State University, where he graduated cum laude, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and is admitted to the State Bar of California.
Outside of his work activities, Nicolas enjoys cooking, attending concerts and comedy shows, and taking long walks with his partner. He also is a Bay Area sports fan and animal lover, including his two guinea pigs, Summer and Luna.
