Rachel Wilson is a strong advocate for carriers, third-party administrators, and employers throughout California. She takes pride in developing effective strategies while maintaining professionalism when dealing with opposing counsel. This approach has resulted in the swift and cost-effective resolution of claims. Clients frequently praise Rachel for her proactive approach and excellent communication skills.
Ms. Wilson graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University in College Station, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree. She further developed her legal skills at Monterey College of Law, obtaining a Juris Doctorate and a Master’s in Legal Studies.
During her time in law school, Rachel engaged in leadership activities and was elected by her classmates to serve as Class Representative and as the Santa Cruz County Bar Association Student Representative. She continues to demonstrate her leadership by volunteering as a Bar Alumni Panel Speaker at Monterey College of Law, helping law students prepare for the bar exam. Additionally, she is an active member of several professional associations within the state.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys listening to music by local artists, hiking, and taking long walks on the beach with her family and sweet rescue pup.
