Paria Asadbikli defends her clients' workers' compensation interests with the goal of delivering aggressive, yet efficient, file resolution. While always preparing for trial should the opposition insist on unacceptable settlement terms, Paria understands the importance of minimizing exposure and costs. Thus, her strategy is to obtain the most expeditious, economical resolution for her clients. "Prepare for trial; seek settlement."
Paria brings a unique breadth of experience that allows her to navigate the complex procedural and evidentiary challenges of modern workers' compensation defense. Her wide range of skills and talents have been sharpened by her background in Civil Litigation, International Law, and Data Privacy & Compliance.
When not defending her clients' interests, Paria serves the legal community as the Scholarship Chair for the Iranian American Bar Association (IABA). She also co-founded BarEssayGrader.com and BarEssayMemo.com, platforms dedicated to assisting law students and bar.
Paria is admitted to practice in both the State Bar of California and the Law Society of Ontario.
Paria's interests outside of the office include traveling whenever possible. Given the satisfaction she receives from maintaining her profession skills, much of her "downtime" involves maintaining her position at the forefront of evolving legal trends.
