Nanette Skelton is a Partner at Bradford & Barthel San Jose. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Empire College School of Law in 1987, and has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1989.
While pursuing her law degree at Empire College School of Law, Nanette worked as a law clerk for Sonoma County District Attorney Family Support Division, representing the County and State of California in family court.
Nanette’s primary area of practice is workers’ compensation. Nanette was a partner at the Law Firm of Fluss, Skelton & Williams from 1991-2008 and an associate from 1989-1991. Nanette represented injured workers in workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability claims. Nanette is a mentoring partner for attorneys in the San Jose and Bay area.
