Although Jessica Bair has dedicated her career to the defense of carriers, third party administrators and employers in the San Jose area, her prior background brought her skills that make her particularly effective in this endeavor.
During law school, Ms. Bair interned with the San Francisco and Santa Clara District Attorney's Office and, upon graduation from Golden Gate University School of Law, she practiced criminal defense for nearly a decade. In this way she became an expert in discovery, depositions, and aggressive trial techniques. Prior to this, she learned to "think like her opponent" via her studies of psychology at highly regarded psychology department at the University of California, Riverside.
Jessica is conversational in Spanish. She enjoys hiking, swimming, road trips, traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with her son.
