Join Nasir F. Adil as he presents recent hot button workers’ compensation trends and topics related to causation (aggravation versus exacerbation), panels (importance of the panel process and obtaining panel specialty) and settlement documents (Stipulations, C&R and addenda language).

CE Credits:
1 hour of continuing education credit will be provided for workers’ compensation adjusters in California.
