Join Greg Fletcher as he provides essential insights on how to artfully draft Stipulations. Mr. Fletcher’s presentation will explore what to do AND—perhaps more importantly—what NOT to do when drafting settlements.

CE Credits:
1 hour of continuing education credit will be provided for workers’ compensation adjusters in California. Certificates for CE credits will be emailed to all attendees at the conclusion of the training.

MCLE Credits:
1 hour of minimum continuing legal education (MCLE) will be provided to California attorneys (Legal Specialization credit is also available for attorneys who are Workers’ Compensation Specialists).
