Partner John Kamin describes in detail the bills that Gov. Gavin Newsom signed into law in 2022 that will take effect in the new year, and also preview the 2023 legislative session.

CE Credits:
1 hour of continuing education credits will be provided for workers’ compensation adjusters in California. MCLE credits are not being offered for this training. Certificates for CE credits will be emailed to all attendees at the conclusion of the training.
