Lauren Coleman and Nasir F. Adil cover elections, language to include in settlement documents to reserve contribution rights, and a defense to reduce contribution exposure in cases where our client did not sign the settlement documents.

  2. To receive your certificate instantly, complete and submit our Training Certificate Request or scan the QR code below.
