Join Timothy Mussack as he addresses Paying Life Time Benefits (70% PD+), including the effect of Attorney Fees, Commutations, and how to apply COLA.
CE Credits:
1 hour of continuing education credit will be provided for workers’ compensation adjusters in California. Certificates for CE credits will be emailed to all attendees at the conclusion of the training.
MCLE Credits:
1 hour of minimum continuing legal education (MCLE) will be provided to California attorneys (Legal Specialization credit is also available for attorneys who are Workers’ Compensation Specialists).
