In this session, we will discuss how the increase in SAWW and resultant COLA is applied to benefits beginning 1/1/2025.
MCLE Credits:
1 hour of minimum continuing legal education (MCLE) will be provided to California workers’ compensation attorneys (must provide your state bar number upon registering).
CE Credits:
1 hour of continuing education credit will be provided for workers’ compensation adjusters in California.
