Jeannine Lewis is the Director of Quality Assurance, Client Liaison, ADR and Sports Marketing for The Law Offices of Bradford & Barthel. She interacts with insurance companies/TPAs to promote the awareness of our law firm and the strength of our attorneys. Jeannine also takes part in client training, claim reviews, and legal file round-tables.
She graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. She possesses her IEA certificate, AEI/WCCLA, Self-Insured Certificate, as well as many certificates from seminars on a national level. She is experienced in handling claims in multiple jurisdictions.
Ms. Lewis has over 42 years of experience in the insurance and workers’ compensation industry, starting her career with Allstate Insurance as a multi-line claims adjuster. She has over 30 years of workers’ compensation claims management experience with Allstate Insurance, Fremont Compensation, USA Casualty / ULLICO Casualty Company, Reliance / Cambridge, and Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies.
Jeannine reviews the files our firm is handling that fall under LC 3201.5 / LC 3201.7 for collectively bargained workers’ compensation/ADR programs to ensure compliance with these agreements. She often attends the program Mediations and Arbitrations with our attorneys as another layer of expertise. She offers training to our clients in regards to these CBWC programs. She assists setting up new ADR programs for our clients and works with the unions and the state to ensure regulatory compliance.
Jeannine has been married to her husband John since 1979 and they have two sons and 1 beautiful grandson.
