QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Minimum one year of workers’ compensation defense experience preferred; active California State Bar membership in good standing required. Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation experience is a plus.
- Client-Focused Approach: Proactive, responsive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service from assignment through resolution.
- Skills & Expertise: Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable navigating a fully paperless environment and leveraging web-based legal tools.
