Henna Ahmed is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bradford & Barthel, bringing a background in recruiting, education, and ethical admissions.
A Los Angeles native, Henna earned dual bachelor’s degrees in English and Psychological & Brain Sciences from UC Santa Barbara, followed by a Master of Science from Northwestern University in 2023. She then served as an Assistant Director of Admissions at Northwestern, where she reviewed many thousands of applications and helped shape the university’s West Coast outreach strategy. Henna also founded Higher Ground College Consulting, supporting families nationwide with application review and private admissions guidance.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and writing.
