Randall Stoddard joined Bradford & Barthel’s Oakland office as an Associate Attorney in January 2014 after practicing in the area of workers’ compensation defense at the McDonald Law Corporation where he specialized in CIGA case work. Randall also worked in the areas of civil litigation and franchise and corporate law prior to entering the practice area of workers’ compensation. He received his Juris Doctorate from Humphreys College, Laurence Drivon School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in history from University of the Pacific.
Randall was a Footwear Buyer and Manager for specialty retailer Nordstrom, as well as an Operations Field Consultant for national convenience store retailer 7-Eleven, Inc. Mr. Stoddard has also worked as a certified school teacher at the k-12 grade levels. He enjoys working out, backpacking, skiing, cooking, and attending Bay Area sporting events.
Randall is an East Bay native, born in Oakland, and currently residing in Walnut Creek with his lovely wife Semida, and three children-one girl and two boys.
