Oluwaseun T. Atolagbe, Esq.

Oluwaseun (Seun) Atolagbe graduated from SUNY Stony Brook University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2008 (Cum Laude). She received her Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law (now known as Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University) in 2011. While in law school, she learned transformative mediations skills and facilitated conflict resolution among parents and children in the juvenile system. She continues to use her mediations skills to negotiate settlements and early claim resolutions.

Before joining Bradford & Barthel, LLP, she worked as an associate attorney in immigration focused firms in Brooklyn, New York and Sacramento, California representing clients before federal judges and federal officers. Now she practices exclusively in the defense of workers’ compensation and related matters. Her practice focuses on the representation of the insured, insurers and third party administrators.

Seun Atolagbe is admitted to both the State Bar of California and the State Bar of New York (Appellate Division, 2nd Department).
