Michael Hailey brings over 20 years of aggressive defense strategies and significant trial experience to his work, advocating for clients in the Workers’ Compensation System.
Before entering the workers’ compensation arena, Mr. Hailey worked as a Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney, within the Family Support Division, and the Employment and Labor Law sector, representing the Los Angeles County and Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
Mr. Hailey is a graduate of the University of Washington, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He then obtained his M.B.A., with Honors, from City University and his law degree from Glendale University College of Law, with recognition as a Moot Court Competition Finalist.
Outside interests include camping, parenting two sons competing as registered USA Swimming Members, watching movies and cooking with his wife.
