Mr. Brady has over a decade of legal experience, focusing on the defense of workers' compensation claims and related matters. His skills allow him to develop a creative strategic plan of action on each individual claim, whether the goal is early nuisance value resolution or significant discovery and litigation aimed at creating case law. Michael is well versed in case handling, client interaction and services, and strongly advocates for his clients. He regularly receives high marks for his honed skills in such areas as focused cross-examination of applicants and doctors. These talents ensure that he substantiates the record for apportionment and settlement purposes. He has an excellent reputation for accomplishing early and equitable resolution of cases for his clients. He has conducted many trials, both cases-in-chief and Lien Trials. He has also conducted hundreds of Conferences and Arbitrations, at which he has regularly achieved his client's objectives.
Prior to entering the workers' compensation industry, Mr. Brady was a Certified Law Student for the Fresno County District Attorney's Office, Juvenile Division. During that time, both law school and the District Attorney's Office helped Michael develop his litigation skills though the drafting of motions, conducting trials and hearings, and working closely with investigations.
Mr. Brady has full-time residency in the Fresno Area. He first came to the area in 1989 and has developed ties and relationships in the community, both personally and professionally since. He credits his playing/coaching of football in the area for nearly 30 years as contributing to his relationship with the Central Valley.
