Mary Linares obtained a Master of Laws in Environmental Law from Pace University, Elisabeth Haub School of Law, where she specialized in Land Use and Sustainable Development Law. There, Mary facilitated meetings for the Land Use Law Center, developing sustainable and smart growth initiatives throughout communities in Westchester County, New York.
Prior to that, Mary obtained a Juris Doctor from Pacific Coast University, School of Law. During that time, she was a Judicial Extern at Orange County Superior Court, supporting Hon. Mary Schulte and Hon. Deborah Servino in all areas of their civil judicial assignments, including composing complex legal memoranda in civil and family law.
Before joining Bradford & Barthel, LLP she practiced medical malpractice defense as well as workers' compensation defense in Orange County.
Mary is a sommelière, certified by the court of master sommeliers. She is proficient in French, Spanish and Portuguese. In her free time, she likes to play golf.
