Based in Bradford & Barthel's Bay Area offices, Lauren Coleman's workers' compensation career has covered virtually all potential issues, from defending high-value, complex cases involving multiple injuries, employee-independent contractor classification disputes, and contribution, to COVID-19 claims. Her earlier focus on arenas of employment and disability law makes her particularly well prepared to identify and tackle most potential employer difficulties before they become problematic. Lauren believes regular communications with the client promotes the most efficient resolution possible, whether it be via settlement, mediation or trial.
A California native, Lauren has lived and studied throughout the state. She earned her Juris Doctor degree at UC Hastings College and her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology from UC San Diego. She has minors in law and society as well as Japanese studies.
When not working, Lauren can be found hiking on one of the many trails throughout the Bay Area or writing her fantasy novel.
