Eva L. Carrasco, Esq.

Eva Carrasco was born and raised in Los Angeles. In addition to her experience defending workers’ compensation claims, she has extensive legal background in immigration and criminal defense. She has also successfully argued in federal court before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Carrasco’s expansive practice of law has enabled her to develop a unique approach to the defense of workers’ compensation claims, which includes creative action plans resulting in successful advocacy. Ms. Carrasco has made appearances at WCAB’s throughout Southern California, representing her clients’ interests at hearings, trials, depositions, and informal conferences.

While in law school, Ms. Carrasco earned a prestigious clerkship at the Los Angeles Superior Court with the Honorable Judge Aurelio Munoz and later with the Office of the Federal Public Defender in Los Angeles.

Ms. Carrasco obtained her Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Political Science and Policy Studies from the University of California at Los Angeles, and her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, CA. She is admitted to the California State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Ms. Carrasco speaks Spanish fluently.
