Eric Testan, born and raised in Southern California, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics, from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Mr. Testan obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Chapman University School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California and all of the Federal District Courts in California in 2010.
Initially, Mr. Testan’s practice focused on creditors’ rights litigation, but since 2014, he has worked as a defense attorney in workers’ compensation on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators.
Mr. Testan strongly believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner. He is dedicated to mitigating client exposure through proactive case management and aggressive litigation.
