David Bishop earned his juris doctorate at of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology. While at UCLA, David teamed with the prestigious Steve Jacobsen lab, studying methyl binding domain proteins in relation to gene silencing.
Mr. Bishop’s law practice focuses on the defense of carriers, third party administrations, and employers on all workers’ compensation matters, including cases in chief, 132a allegations, and serious and willful claims. David particularly enjoys litigating complex and high value matters permitting him to employ his unique knowledge of biological pathways within the body.
In his spare time, Mr. Bishop enjoys walking his two dogs, and watching the San Francisco Giants, San Francisco 49ers, and UCLA athletics. David relishes camping and being active outdoors, including hunting and fishing.
