Christopher Bianchi's practice is exclusively dedicated to the defense of employers, carriers and third party administrators in the workers' compensation arena. Because of his expansive understanding of the law, his assistance in terms of defending files and untangling complicated issues is regularly sought out by adjusters and employer representatives throughout the industry. Born and raised in nearby Merced, California, he brings a deep understanding of many of the concerns of employers in that region.
Mr. Bianco earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and earned his law degree from Santa Clara University Law School in Santa Clara, California.
Christopher believes in giving back to his community by assisting those less fortunate than himself. His pro bono career includes volunteer work at the Katherine & George Alexander Community Law Center, where he has handled cases dealing with consumer debt, specifically dealing with low income individuals who were targets of unfair car loans.
Mr. Bianchi has also worked for the Oakland City Attorney’s office and the Milpitas City Attorney’s office.
In addition to being licensed to practice law in California, he is also licensed in Arizona.
In his free time, Mr. Bianchi enjoys attending concerts and sporting events, hiking, watching movies and playing golf.
