Christi Hill began practicing workers’ compensation in 2014. She has represented clients at all types of hearings before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. Christi is an advocate for her clients. She has utilized her strong negotiation skills to secure countless favorable resolutions.
Christi secured her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Distinction in Political Science from San Diego State University. While at San Diego State University, she interned with the Jury Selection Specialist at the San Diego Federal Defenders and was a member of the Prelaw Society, at one point, serving as the treasurer.
While at California Western School of Law, Christi was a member of the Employment & Labor Law Society and a Distinguished Advocate for the Lynch Appellate Oral Argument Competition. During that time, she also interned with the Employee Rights Center and the San Diego Alternate Public Defenders.
After becoming a member of the State Bar of California, Christi clerked for a short time at a personal injury firm then took a position at an employment law firm. From there, Christi primarily practiced civil and family law, appearing multiple times in superior court for a variety of issues.
In her free time, Christi loves to spend time with her family, friends and her dog Boo.
