  • State Audit Defenses and Preparation – Assistance from soup to nuts including: 1. comprehensive review of your files pre-audit to identify any issues that need to be resolved; 2. assistance during the audit process, including arguing points of disagreement; 3. recommendations and strategies if passing PAR becomes an issue; 4. participation in face-to face meetings with the audit unit to discuss outstanding issues prior to the final report; 5. assistance with Appeals process.
  • Large Loss Settlement Review and Analysis – Provide a second pair of eyes from a claims perspective promoting discussion and open communication on complex/large exposure files. The process includes: 1. an independent review of the large loss file and discussions with the handling attorney and managing attorney; 2. discussions with claims staff and management regarding the file’s direction; and 3. continued follow-up and communication with our attorney and the claims team.
