Jeannine Lewis is the Director of Quality Assurance and Client Liaison for Bradford and Barthel. She interacts with insurance companies/TPAs to promote the awareness of our law firm and the strength of our attorneys. She also takes part in client training, claim reviews, and legal file roundtables.
Ms. Lewis reviews the files our firm is handling that fall under LC 3201.5 for collectively bargained workers' compensation/ADR programs to ensure compliance with these agreements. She also offers training to our clients in regards to these CBWC programs.
Ms. Lewis has over 31 years of experience in the insurance industry, starting her career with Allstate Insurance as a multi-line claims adjuster. She has over 25 years of workers' compensation claims management experience with Allstate Insurance, Fremont Compensation, Reliance/ Cambridge, USA Casualty/ ULLICO Casualty Company, and Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies.
Ms. Lewis graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. She possesses her IEA certificate, AEI/WCLA, Self-Insured Certificate, All-Lines Adjuster Certificate from Texas, as well as many other certificates/seminars on a national level. She is experienced in handling claims in multiple jurisdictions.
Jeannine Lewis has been married to her husband John for 30 years and they have two sons, John and Justin.
